FirstClass® is the server that actually hosts our email system. It enables schools to create complete online learning communities. Teachers, students, parents, administrators, and the the whole SR Community can all collaborate. Building and sharing learning materials, creating e-portfolios for students, and providing easy access to course information ensure a rich learning environment.
There are 2 methods to login into the GatorMail (SR email) from any internet connected computer around the world (your laptop, your home computer, your neighbor's computer, etc.)
1) FirstClass Client ver 9.106 (PC & Mac) |

2) FirstClass WebMail (use sparingly) |

The FirstClass client is already installed on your school laptop (although it may be an older version). We highly recommend that you install the FirstClass client on any other personal computer (parent, sibling, spouse, neighbor) if you will be accessing GatorNET on a regular basis from that machine. The web interface to FirstClass should only be used when the native FirstClass client is not available. Many of the features available in the native client are not available if you are using the web interface.
1) Choose the version you want to install (make sure the old FirstClass is not active or running "Exit" or "Quit" FirstClass)
